Community Magnet Charter School is one of 27 Local District 3 schools identified as a 2009 California Business for Education Excellence Honor Roll School. The Honor Roll includes 1,304 California public elementary, middle and high schools that are being recognized for having demonstrated consistent high student academic achievement and have made significant progress toward closing the achievement gaps among all their students.

Through this distinction, our school will be acknowledged in local and state media as well as institutes and forums across the state. This honor is a testament to the hard work and relentless focus on results for all CMCS students that our teachers and administration have shown over time.
